About me

My name is Matteo Marchisano-Adamo. I am a filmmaker and creative technologist.

This is an exploration of the evolving architecture of storytelling. It is where the ancient craft of narrative meets the bleeding edge of immersive technology.

For over 25 years, I have worked in the trenches of the LA film industry. I have crafted stories for visionaries like Julie Dash and Dr. Dre, and for brands ranging from Vogue to the AFI. As a filmmaker, I learned that technology evolves, but the essence of storytelling remains unchanged. It is about listening. It is about finding the essential truth. It is about forging a genuine human connection.

Now, we stand at a threshold more profound than the invention of the motion picture camera. But as we flood the world with AI-generated content and virtual worlds, we risk drowning in noise.

This site is a laboratory and a journal. It is where I investigate how innovations like Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence are reshaping how we create, learn, and connect. My goal is to move beyond the "horizontal" rush of endless scrolling. We must build architectures that allow us to sink deep into the moment.
